I'm a successful Business leader with 25 years’ experience within Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industries, delivering significant change within Operations.

I ran Operations for multiple sites including a Manufacturing Plant producing 1.4 billion tablets and capsules annually. The variety of roles and projects utilised my abilities to assess situations quickly and effectively, manage teams to address issues, and to develop, prioritise and deliver business critical goals.

All this is enabled by the strong focus on how to get the best out of people through performance management, good communication as well as effective use of coaching and mentoring.

Executive Coaching

My passion for coaching began over a decade ago when I experienced the transformative power of having my own coach. Leadership can often feel lonely , so having a safe person who can help you navigate challenging times transformed my leadership. I now have the privilege of being that support to other leaders, helping them work through their toughest challenges and grow in their leadership journey.

My Coaching Approach

My coaching approach focuses on creating a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore their unique goals and challenges, and to make any change required.

We agree an overall goal to work towards and each session involves a combination of listening, questions, exercises, and techniques aimed at helping the client gain insight and move forward to their goal.
